General Warranty
The Classic Touch will take care in producing garments but does not guarantee against colour changes, fading or shrinkage that might occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
Details of the product to be purchased will be agreed with the client prior to commencement of the work.
METHODS of PAYMENT
We are able to accept payment for orders by most major credit cards using our PayPal facility. This is a new service set up to help our customers make secure payments and be secure in the knowledge that we are approved by Paypal. Payments can also be made by cheque. made payable to
D Wilson t/a 'The Classic Touch' 6 Cloverhill Avenue, Hebburn, Tyne and Wear, NE31 2LS.
Insurance
Customers are required to arrange their own insurance or indicate on the order that insurance is to be arranged by 'The Classic Touch' on their behalf.
Pricing
Currently no VAT is charged on any item. prices shown are an indication only and can be changed without notice.
Delivery
Goods ordered through this web site will be delivered by mail or courier whichever is the most cost effective or as specifically requested by the purchaser. Goods will be despatched on a next day delivery basis (UK only) or by other agreed methods. Purchasers from outside the UK must make their own arrangements for the collection of the goods or instruct 'The Classic Touch' to act on their behalf.
We will notify purchaser when goods are depatched. claims for non delivery should be notified to 'The Classic Touch' after 7 days. When purchaser will be forwarded proof of despatch to assist in their claim on their insurance or against courier.
Returns
Customers who are not satisfied with the goods as supplied due to faulty workmanship or not being as described in the proof supplied, can within 14 days return the goods for replacement or refund. Goods return must not have been worn, used or damaged in any way.
A proof for each printing order is sent to the customer prior to the commencement of the order. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to check for errors. No refund will be made for printing errors.
We cannot give refunds on goods which have been ordered incorrectly.
Postage
Unless otherwise stated the purchaser will be laible for all postage and packing as shown on the order acceptance.
We do not offer an ov erseas delivery service. Overseas customers must arrange collection of goods and pay any taxes or duties which might apply.
Privacy
Financial information relating to all transactions will only be retained until the transaction is completed. We will not retain clients financial information on file.
Personal Details supplied by the purchaser of any 'Goods' will be held on file for a period of 3 months after the transaction has been completed. Client details will not be given to any third party. All information supplied by our clients will be deleted from our systems within 3 months of the completed transaction unless the client confirms by email or in writing that their details are to be retained for future use or passed to associates for future marketing purposes.
With regard to Photography 'The Classic Touch' retains copyright of ALL photographs and has the right to use such photographs as required. Clients may request that photographs are not used and this will be considered. Clients can purchase the full copyright if required. Copyright Fees are negotiable.
